When registering for a conference on MyConferenceTime, you might receive a message that you reached the limit for the number of conferences. When this happens, you are unable to register for a conference. Schools have the ability to set limits on the number of conferences per student (or email address) in order to ensure that all parents have an opportunity to meet with teachers.
Sometimes new conference schedules are released to parents and the system does not allow you to sign up for a conference. However, you know that you have not signed up for any conferences this round. The cause of this is usually a limit placed on conference registrations (for example, two per student) but the old conference schedules are still in the system (they can be hidden from parents' view but still count toward total conference registrations). If this is the case, please contact the school requesting an increased limit or the deleting of old conference schedules.
